Cradle & Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) Installations & Maintenance
A Building Maintenance Unit is more commonly described as a cradle, and is fitted to the exterior of a tall commercial building with the purpose of being able to inspect and maintain all areas of a property.
Having a BMU installed will allow you to closely inspect, repair and maintain the exterior of your building. At Pressford Safety Services we can supply and fit BMUs to suit properties of any-scale, and advise each customer on a case-by-case basis as to what would work best for them.
BMU’s are specialist machinery to be operated only by trained professionals. Pressford Safety Services provides onsite training to all BMU operatives, ensuring they are completely across all of the health and safety implications and that they can competently handle the machinery.
We also offer BMU maintenance and repairs. Our trained engineers can repair damages to your existing BMU systems, and can also provide maintenance check-ups to make sure everything is working as it should and that the operatives aren’t at any unnecessary risks. We can offer all-inclusive packages to suit.
